¡CUIDADO! El anuncio en este WEBSITE para este Hostal (no Hotel) es engañoso. Las fotos presentadas en su WEBSITE para nada representan la realidad de este Hostal porque el titulo con el que lo mercadean también es un engaño, no es un Hotel, es un Hostal de bien baja categoría. Para empezar tienes que subir las maletas por escaleras bien incómodas para llegar a la recepción. Tienen una regla de que cada vez que sales del Hostal tienes que dejar la llave en recepción. El anuncio representa que el Hostal es remodelado y te presentan unas fotos que para nada representan la realidad de las condiciones de las habitaciones. La capacidad del aire no era adecuada. Las sábanas tenían manchas amarillas. No hay espacio para caminar en la habitación pues tienes que dejar las maletas abiertas en el poco espacio de piso que tiene la habitación. La supuesta remodelación parece haber sido en los años 80's, la ducha tiene manchas en sus paredes y apenas tienes espacio para usar las facilidades del baño. Le di una puntuación de 1 a todo porque al menos tenia un refrigerador pequeño funcional y una caja fuerte que aunque no funcionaba bien, nos sacó de apuro y había personal todo el tiempo en recepción. Durante el "Check-Out" el gerente nos trató de muy mala manera. Por el mismo precio hubiera conseguido un hotel de mucha mejor categoría si no hubiera sido engañada por la descripción de este WEBSITE.

Es una crítica constructiva , pero debo enviarla para vuestro conocimiento. Sábanas sucias, limitación horario de calefacción (haciendo frío en la habitación) etc

The room had plenty of space and staff were helpful. The location was in proximity to many of the attractions and the metro system, which cut down on transportation time. My partner found it annoying that we had to turn in the key every time we went out but I think that probably made it more secure with the amount of pickpockets the area is known for. The neighborhood seemed physically safe but very dirty, especially on the weekend, because of all of the partying and dogs, plus lack of bathrooms for the public. We didn't pay the extra money for the AC but the fan helped keep it more comfortable.

My stay at this hotel was very good but i think the administrators have to think of creating more space on the steps that leads to the hotel and also on the steps that leads to the rooms in the upper section of the hotel. They have to improve also on the heating system in the room and bath room. I had to wait for close to 10 minutes in the bath room before the water can reach the maximum temperature. Moreover, their maximum temperature of the water was not hot enough to my liking. Same issue goes to the heating machine installed in the rooms. I was told that I have to wait till 9pm in the evening before the heating machine ''caleffaccion'' can be turn on, and even when turned on the heat that it generates was not enough to really keep my room warm all through the night. This means that in the hard of winter some one my just freeze in the rooms. Please improve on these issues. Moreover, the water system for the toilet makes too much noise after ''flushing'' such that it disturbs one's sleep in the night. The system looks abit too old. I think they should go for the modern system. To sum it all, I did enjoy my stay in the hotel and my stay in barcelona. The workers are welcoming and always smiling. The price also is very affordable compared to other hotels around. I think I will ike to come back again. Best Regards Elvis

Encuentro el bater estrecho. La habitacion de 3 camas no era igual que vuestra foro en internet, tuvimos una habitacion muy pequeña. El personal fue muy bien y trabaja con la sonrisa, muy agradable. El wifi impecable

That was mine 2nd time in Palermo and again we spend such a good time, I go to Barcelona twice in year and Im not gonna change the place.
