Het hotel heeft een gezellige uitstraling. We misten een warm contact, wat we anders wel gewend zijn bij een boutique hotel. De service was wel beleefd. Ze doen hun best om zich in Engels uit te drukken maar spreken het niet vlot.

Tolles kleines Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen, aber fantastischen Lage in der Nähre der Kathdrale. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, der absolute Hammer ist aber die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Aussicht. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Todo perfecto!!! El personal profesional, atento y competente. Facilitando cualquier situación. Sólo como sugerencia....se deberían engrasar las bisagras de la puerta de la habitación, suenan mucho. Y poner alguna pequeña balda o similar en la que apoyar el gel/champú porque sino lo tienes que dejar en el suelo cuando te duchas y agacharte en varias ocasiones, es un poco molesto.

We really enjoyed our short stay in room # 3. We like the style, cleanliness, friendly and helpful check in and ease of coming and going when the doors were locked. And a great location too! If you’re looking for improvement, a slightly larger soap would be nice, plus a rack for suitcases and a self serve coffee maker for those checking out early in the morning.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful and well located. Room 7 is lovely in many ways but the noise was a problem at times. We could hear people talking in the reception area, the toilet flushing and shower running in another room, and people using the stairs to the roof terrace. Thankfully this didn't happen too early in the morning or late at night though. The bathroom & toilet doors offer very little privacy. The gift we were given on check out was a nice touch.

The health/spa aspect of the hotel was kind of lost on us, but we enjoyed our stay. We liked the location. Room furnishings were a little sparse.

Elegí el hotel porque me pareció luminoso y alegre. Al llegar teníamos una habitación en la planta baja, oscura y claustrofóbica, había elegido una habitación superior, y aunque era amplia, no entiendo que una habitación superior sea interior y oscura. El baño es muy incómodo, la luz del baño molesta en la cama y además la disposición de las luces respecto al espejo es muy mala. El baño está decorado en negro que no me parece muy adecuado respecto a la higiene. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento pero no había disponibilidad para cambiar la habitación. Nos quedamos porque fue solo una noche.
