We had a problem because of the noise from the street. So we asked to change room. It was not possible because the hotel was full but we could change for the last night. The staff was really understanding. |

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We would have liked to access a fridge for guests as opposed to the fridge in the staff's own quarters. It would also be good to have the possibility to make hot drinks eg a kettle that could be used. The shower in one bathroom was very tight, you could hardly move in it. it was a shame that our room had no access to natural light, and the terrace seemed to be private. |

chambres 1 &10. Nous regrettons que nous ait été attribué qu'une chambre avec salle de bains complète malgré notre réservation par "booking.com" qui en indiquait 2 et que nous avons payées ! Comme le personnel ne parlait ni anglais ni français, que notre espagnol est basique et que l'hôtel était complet nous n'avons pas eu d'autre solution qu'accepter... |

El la página web anuncian servicios que no tienen. Los baños son todos compartidos, no hay tv en todas las habitaciones y las habitaciones individuales no tienen calefacción. En mi habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (que era la alternativa a la calefacción), la lámpara de la mesita de noche no tenía bombilla, la televisión está mal situada, de forma que desde la cama no se ve prácticamente nada. El hostal está situado en una plaza donde hay distintos servicios, pero muy ruidosa. |

This hostel is run by a family and they were very accommodating. Not sure if they speak English as I only spoke to them in Spanish. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bathroom was cleaned daily. It is in a decent location and a main busline (C4) is only a few minutes walk. The only problem was that the room was exterior and on the first floor, make it extremely noisy 24/7. You can also hear everything from inside the hostal as well. |
