HOW GREEN HOUSE IS BORN
The project is born, like any important idea, ´from a dream´. Dream that was born about 25 years ago when, without money but with much enthusiasm, with fantasy and passion, we draw the idea of developing a project of accommodation and recreation, very small at first, then growing by situations that life offers, With the purpose of spending our last years without the embarrassment of the age and contributing to our community a project that is clearly interesting and new in the middle of the coast of Lima, developed as a space of healthy rest and entertainment, was a clear message that In all human activity the negative impact of the urban environment can be significantly counteracted.
Thus, in 2001 we acquired the land in Rinconada de Mala, Cañete, without any flower to decorate it. And in 2010 we started building the first stage with the first eight rooms, starting our operations in January 2013, and now with many guests satisfied and in love with the place. Dreams, when they persist, are fulfilled!
THE PROJECT
CASA VERDE, is an ecological country hotel project, which is developed on a plot of 2.3 hectares, nestled in a beautiful agricultural valley, surrounded by a chain of hills, with elevated and panoramic view to a wide natural landscape. Its location allows to reach in a few minutes to the Boulevard of Asia and to busy neighboring beaches; As well as the picturesque towns of Calango, La Capilla and Azpitia
The architectural development has been carried out with stabilized adobes which are made with material of our own soil, using antiseismic technology developed by the Catholic University; That is to say, installing locks, geogrid in the wall covering and eucalyptus wood that perimetrically crowns the walls of the work, among other elements.
The integral project of CASA VERDE has foreseen 16 double rooms and 12 duplexes, with possibilities to extend it to 12 additional rooms; In addition to: two dining rooms, two swimming pools, a boat, games for children, a spa, a multipurpose room, ample green areas and places for different recreational activities. In total, more than 5,000 M2 of architectural development.
We have now developed and put into operation - with praise from our own and strangers - much of the aforementioned project. We hope that in the next stage we will advance to the construction of eight duplex rooms with capacity for 6 guests each, adding them to the eight existing rooms.
OUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT
CASA VERDE, is an ecological and self-sustainable project, characterized not only by the use of adobe, legendary building material of the area, but also by the use of photovoltaic energy. We have 96 solar panels, 24 deep-charging batteries and three voltage converters, all of which have the capacity to generate electricity up to 9.6 KW / hour
The large capacity of power generation we have allows us to support the total demand required by cooling equipment and water pumps, and lighting generated through 300 LEDs of two W each located in the different environments currently built
Likewise, our total water requirement is served by a 40m deep well and two biodigesters of three thousand liters each. We treat the wastewater transforming them into high performance fertilizer called ´Biol´. Likewise, we have four solar thermal baths, with a total of 1,500 liters, sufficient volume to cover our needs.
Our effort to protect the environment also manifests itself in the planting of more than 800 trees, 100 fruit trees, forage and wide green areas,
SERVICES
For accommodation, we currently have eight double rooms with two Queen beds each and two duplex rooms for 6 people each. We expect to reach 16 rooms in the course of 2017. Our guests enjoy exclusively a newly remodeled pool and green recreation areas
We have the best offer of the area in food and drinks in our country restaurant for 160 people, under the trademark ´LOMO DE MAR´. The dishes are made with fine local products in meats and organic vegetables.
We offer horse shows of Peruvian pass, mounted by an experienced craftsman, accompanied by sailor dancers who dress beautiful Peruvian costumes. We also offer horseback riding guided by the exteriors of our premises.
We also do four special events a year with live music that invites to dance, while enjoying a delicious meal. These are made for New Year, February (a Saturday of carnivals), Saturday of Glory and Patriotic Holidays.
The 22 thousand m2 of area we have and our facilities, are prepared for guests of CASA VERDE to walk, in the countryside and close to nature, on a great day of relaxation. Also, in our green areas can enjoy horseback riding, as well as sports activities such as fulbito, volleyball, hiking and games for children; We also have a barbecue table, ping pong, hand fulbito and various table games.
The natural environment offers ideal conditions for horseback riding, cycling and hiking. In the evenings, our guests can gather around a campfire and savor traditional anticuchos or taste special cocktails made with our pisco quebranta.
EVENTS AND RECEPTIONS
The ¨LOMO DE MAR¨ restaurant can expand its capacity to serve up to 500 people, which allows us to host all kinds of events, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and business meetings, among others.
Our gastronomic proposal, for events, is:

• Pachamanca to the Lima
• Lechoncito or chicken brazier to the Chinese box or the cylinder, among others.
