Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. No hay ningún mobiliario para poner las valijas. El control remoto del TV tenía las baterías agotadas

Receptionist was helpful, rooms were clean bed was comfortable and location was good. Room very small (not like the pictures on the website)and shared bathroom was next to our room making it very noisy. Book a room with private bathroom.

Access to the building and the room was confusing, checking in was difficult, check in instructions were not clear. A member of staff helprd explain what to do on 2nd floor and then where the room was located on 6th floor

Mención especial colchones que son buenísimos. Mucho ruido de obras en el deslunado del baño, la luz automática se apagado cuando nos duchabamos. Como punto de mejora, en la máquina de check in, se podría indicar hora salida de la habitación y como devolver la llave (creo recordar que no salia-llegamos con mucha prisa con tormenta etc). Estuvimos muy a gusto!

No valoro al personal, porque no he tratado con él en absoluto. Los baños merecerían más atención por parte del personal de limpieza, especialmente al ser un espacio compartido; no es agradable encontrar pelos y pasta de dientes en el lavabo o restos de papel higiénico en el suelo.

Very good value for the price. Perfect location, very comfortable bed. The walls are thin and the windows are not sound proof so might need an ear plug if you are sensitive for noise. I was lucky with having quiet neighbours, and slept really well.

El lavabo del baño muy pequeño. El agua caliente va por tramos. Empiezas a ducharte y todas las veces el agua paraba de salir caliente y empezaba a salir fría.
