A building in the regional highland style, raised in 1948. Fully refurbished in 1997. At a 15 minutes drive from Gijón, 30 from Oviedo and the airport. Peaceful place in a rural surrounding. Homelike atmosphere in an extremely calm place.

Situated in Perlora, in a very calm and pleasant enviroment, important village of the geographical coast of the Principality of Asturias.(enlarge and renewed in 1997). At a 500 mts from the beach, 50 mts from the railway and bus station, that makes possible to get in a few minutes to Gijon, Aviles and to the capital of the Principality, Oviedo. It is provided with 82 rooms ( all outward-facing, with full bathroom, hairdryer, telephone and individual safe) and 16 wooden small houses suitable for families ,situated in the garden. Lounges, cafe,restaurant,weading and business meeting lounges, parking lot, handicapped acces, playpark, garden and terrace.
