El apartamento está muy bien, y la ubicación es perfecta, una zona tranquila y agradable, la limpieza deja algo que desear, hemos estado 6 días y pregunte el cambio de sabanas y no las cambian si no semanal, me parece mal en época de verano, con el calor es algo anti higiénico.. Al igual que por desgracia hemos tenido un problema con la cafetera que al faltar mantenimiento estaba trancada y a explotado causandome quemaduras de primer grado en mano y brazo, a lo que solo me han dicho de cambiar de cafetera y nunca la cambiaron y tampoco hicieron nada.

Apartments are big & spacious & have basic utensils available. All apartments have a pool view. Apartments are just a 10 minutes taxi ride away from & too the airport. They are cleaned daily. It is just a 10 minute stroll away to the main road where all bars, restaurants & shops are. Location is perfect for a nice, quiet, relaxing holiday. The only thing I would change is having comfier pillows & having aircon would be a huge advantage.

Personal muy amable. Espacio comunitario cuidado. Cocina muy poco equipada y un poco vieja. Fácil aparcamiento. Sin aire acondicionado.

Everything was available in the apartment. Upon arrival there were a few stains on the floor. But otherwise a great and large apartment. A few groceries as basic equipment would be nice, such as oil, salt, pepper,... Gladly again!

Lugar muy bien comunicado, cerca del aeropuerto y de fácil acceso a todos los sitios turísticos de la isla. Los apartamentos son confortables, amplios, luminosos, ideal para una pareja, la habitación muy amplia, con gran armario y camas muy cómodas. La terraza es grande y todas dan a la piscina. El recinto es muy tranquilo, con piscina genial para pegarte un baño tras la jornada turística y con jardín tropical. Cerca del paseo marítimo y cerca a playa Chica, protegida del viento y sin oleaje.

Brilliant- 2nd visit will be returning. All staff very friendly and helpful. 8 mins from the beach,restaurants and bars. ** from the UK not Gibraltar but don't see uk on the drop down**

We had an awesome vacation in the apartment. Everything was clean and pretty spacious. The kitchen is quite big even though it lacks some utilities. The resort is situated very calm. Pool and pool table are very cool features in this price category. Cleaning ladies are super friendly. I can only complain about the lack of toilet paper. Even though there is no air conditioning, the wind cools down the apartment in the evening. The resort is located quite good. All bus stops for all lines in Puerto del Carmen are reachable within about 7 min and so is the closest beach. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a small reception at the front where you can get water, postcards and information stuff like at the tourist office. All in all, one can say that a lot of the stuff in the apartment is used but for this price it's definitely worth it. We can absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

We love everything about La Laguneta apartments, that's why we keep coming back. Staff are wonderful, apartments are very clean and comfortable and conveniently located. There is always parking and we can walk everywhere in the evenings. The pool and garden are very well maintained and it is a pleasure to spend time there.
