My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely room with a view of the cathedral that was comfortable and clean. Thank goodness the staff keep maps on hand as we got there after the tourist office closed for the night. |

Negative first - The air conditioner didn't seem to work but we were able to leave the window open to get cooled off. This would have been more of an issue in the warmer months. In the staff's defense, I didn't even talk with them about the air conditioner because everything else was so great. Now for the positives - What an eclectic little hotel! It was a memorable experience to stay at Santa Isabel. The rooftop deck was fantastic. We had wine and snacks up there one evening and breakfast there one morning. The view almost can't be beat. The location and ease of reaching the hotel and the car park were real high points in our stay. The wireless internet always worked well and the staff was multi-lingual, helpful and friendly. We've been traveling in Spain for months and this was easily one of our top three hotels during our trip. |

Solamente indicar que en la habitación habia un zumbido "electrico" y un "clic clac" cada cierto tiempo que molestaba un poco al descansar pero se quitaba quitando la tarjeta del activador de luz. Por lo demás, genial. |

Estancia muy agradable en general, hotel muy limpio, buena atención del personal y buenas camas en las que dormir. Una pequeña y única pega es la antena de televisión que tenía muchas interferencias y cortes de señal; por lo demás la experiencia ha sido muy buena. |

Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. Lovely room and great view from the terrace. Good breakfasts. The only drawback was there was no hair drier. Brilliant location. We have already booked our next stay there. |
