La vez que estuve pagué por alojamiento y desayuno. Me dieron un ticket para presentarlo en el local de al lado del Hostal. Al ir por la mañana a desayunar el local estaba cerrado en horario de apertura. No pude desayunar . Pregunté a una chica rubia que estaba en recepción y me comentó que no había desayuno. Por favor, expliquen mejor si el desayuno entra o no.

Salía un hilo de agua de la ducha compartida que hacía muy complicado ducharse. La habitación olía a tabaco. Como si alguien hubiera fumado antes.

The location is amazing, within a few meters from the Metro Station (Noviciado) and walking distance from the Gran Via. There is a 24-hours cafeteria next door and many more eateries. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they called me a taxi when needed and made other small arrangements for me. There is always someone at the front desk. The rooms are quiet and located on a second storey.of an old historical building. The room itself had a full bathroom. The downside is that my room did not have any windows, but that didn't bother me as I didn't really spend time there as I was visiting the city and being a tourist.

I had a private room which was small and perfect for me coming off of no sleeping. No window in mine which helped me get 13 hours of sleep my first day! No jet lag afterwards. Very friendly. Understood my weak español. And the BEST was an ELEVATOR so no steps! Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem; I never had to wait. I would stay here again.

Very nice! Friendly. I had a private room which was perfect for me. The shared bathroom was NEVER busy. The staff was friendly. Main plus: an ELEVATOR to the 2nd floor.

Carísimo el precio de 140 euros por la noche del viernes y la del sábado. La habitación no vale tanto, el colchón duríiiiiiisimo, la habitación diminuta. La televisión no se ve bien, tiene interferencias constantes. La puerta del baño es un acordeón de plástico. Muy decepcionada.
