The Far Home Plaza Mayor is an inexpensive establishment, with a retro design but at the same time modern and welcoming that offers its clients the possibility of socializing in a large common area equipped with computers with internet connection, Wi-Fi, TV, lounge area. reading. Customers can also enjoy various activities organized by the staff of the Hostel. Located in the heart of Madrid, near the Puerta del Sol, the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and many other places of interest. From this convenient location, you can easily walk to the superb Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza museums. The Retiro Park is also nearby, as well as the beautiful Plaza de Cibeles, the enclave in which Real Madri players immerse themselves when they celebrate their victories. The hostel is not far from Calle Huertas either; This street is full of incredible bars and has a great nightlife, it is also the perfect place to enjoy tapas at dusk and dance until sunrise. The staff were very nice. However the other residents were filthy. I couldn’t use the shared bathroom due to how disgusting they left it. The management needs to do better at providing cleanings throughout the day because they would leave the bathrooms in a filthy condition. I couldn’t shower and it was very uncomfortable. They also would talk on the phone until midnight and were very inconsiderate of other guests. |

la atencion fisica en la recepcion no es adecuada, no cuentan con personal permanente en la recepcion, cuando picas el timbre en la calle, no te abren la puerta por que no hay nadie fisicamente en la recepcion. su personal es respetuoso, sin embargo deberian ser mas empaticos. |

Como comentario para mejoras: sería muy bueno si pudieran haber almohadones o almohadas extra en la habitación, así como también más abrigo para la cama. La experiencia general ha sido muy buena y estamos agradecidos por el buen trato de todo el personal. Esperamos volver! |
