Chambre originale, bien décorée, literie confortable. Très bien située pour visiter Madrid, ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite : il y a 3 étages. A noter, chambre 6 sur cour sans vue mais pas gênant car on ne reste pas dans la chambre. Un petit flottement à notre arrivée à 22h, il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code d'entrée et le mode de fonctionnement pour accéder à la chambre. Info erronée sur le mail indiquant les moyens d'accès en venant de l'aéroport : le bus express n'est pas jaune mais bleu et porte le numéro 203 et dessert tous les terminaux. Il arrive à la gare d'Atocha et il faut 15 à 20 mn à pied pour rejoindre Artistic B&B. |

Very clean room, quiet, small but functional and much bigger than similar priced rooms in Paris. Great central location. We purchased multi use Metro tickets but hardly needed to use them as most sights are within walking distance. |

My review that you can post: Excellent! Superb communication and helpfulness from owner and staff; lovely, secure, artistically decorated, clean rooms; comfortable beds; fine baths with nice showers and tile-work; top-notch location; fine breakfasts via coupons at several nearby places; reliable high-speed wifi; good mini-split AC; nice common area with table and vending machine stocked with high-quality coffee and snacks; and everything else wonderful! Only downside, well accounted-for in the price, is the third-floor (i.e., in US terms, fourth-floor) location with no elevator. To us, well worth carrying bags up and down. If it were possible to install an elevator, that would be perfect, but then it wouldn't be such a great bargain! Thank you, Alvaro and all your staff! My comment for only you: thank you so much for getting the exhaust fan fixed in room 6! Our only other suggestion is that you somehow make the doors to all the rooms less noisy to close when leaving the rooms, because it bothers everybody else staying there when they bang loudly. In between our two stays with you, we were at a hotel in Ciudad Real, where we noticed that the doors closed quietly. I hope this would not require different locks, because your code-lock system is wonderful. Otherwise, just excellent. We cannot thank you enough. |

We had a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the hotel before checking in. The room was spacious and had everything we needed such as shampoo, body wash, a hair dryer and air conditioning! We had a queen bed that was very comfortable. We loved the water pressure in the shower! Although the six flights of stairs were…six flights, we would still recommend this hotel as it’s location was ideal and close proximity to several restaurants, coffee shops and shops in general. |

I stayed at Artistic as a solo traveler in 2013 so it was lovely to come back and share this great place with friends! We received a warm welcome from the staff who were very helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the location is fantastic for exploring Madrid! |

I absolutely loved it here! Everything was beyond amazing from the room to the fantastic breakfasts. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have more than just the normal tourist experience. I already convinced my mom and boyfriend to book here when they come visit me at school I’m the fall :D Alvaro and staff are just absolutely lovely and really make you feel at home. I cannot wait to return before I head home. |

Tout est parfait à l'Artistic B&B pour un court séjour. L'emplacement dans la ville est idéal, dans un joli quartier à la fois calme et vivant. On peut faire énormément de choses à pieds à partir de là. Le logement est fonctionnel, charmant avec salle de bain et toilettes privées. Le propriétaire est plein de bons conseils et toujours prêt à aider. C'est un logement idéal pour découvrir la ville et se sentir comme chez soi à un prix tout à fait abordable. |
