This hotel is really well located for visiting the key points of Madrid. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the lady who checked us in was lovely. Considering the price we paid was so reasonable, the only thing I would note is that there is a lot of noise when other guests are coming and going from their rooms and it is not soundproof. We also were surprised there weren’t facilities for making coffee/tea in the rooms, but overall it was a good stay.

The person who looks after the property was rude, aggressive and dismissive of my limited Spanish. I left a day early as I couldn’t rest due to loud conversations outside my door every morning.

Por internet hice una reserva de tres noches. Pero una semana antes quise hacer un cambio y en vez de quedarme 3 noches , me quedaría dos porque mi vuelo se iba antes.en el hostal no me dejaron hacer este cambio y tuve que pagar 3 noches y solo quería quédarme dos.

Dos de las tres personas del personal maravillosas, pero una tercera me resultó muy fría y muy seca, algo agresiva a la hora de comunicar, cero cercanía.

El hostal está muy mal conservado con cosas rotas que no se arreglan, mucha falta de mantenimiento, como enchufes que no funcionan, bombillas fundidas, interruptores que no funciona, bidé que no se puede usar, no se puede colgar la ducha,soporte roto, de vergüenza.

Mejorar el somier tapar las grietas de la pared y Reparar las baldosas sueltas y rotas del suelo son acciones simples, rápidas y baratas que mejoran la sensación de bienestar. Una luz en la mesa de noche tambien ayuda, no puedes pasar de una luz fuerte en todo el techo a oscuridad total. Las vistas al patio interior lo mejor.

Quedamos muy satisfechos . Esta cerca de todo y se duerme muy tranquilamente . La señora muy amable. No es un 5 estrellas pero me gusto
