Primero nos instalaron en una habitacion en la segunda planta. Pero cuando regresamos por la noche al hostal nuestras cosas han sido desplazadas en la habitacion 2 situada entre la calle y la recepcion del hostal. En la habitacion no funcionaba la lampara de mesa ni el secador. El grifo del baño movia y por la mañana la cadena del aseo me queda en la mano. La habitacion es muy ruidosa y mal isolada : solo hemos podido dormir entre las 2:00 y las 5:00 de la mañana por que se oye todo lo que pasa en la recepcion : el timbre del interfono, la reja cuando se abre y despues cae, el telefono de la recepcion, el telefono movil del recepcionista, los clientes que hablan. Y del otro lado se escucha el ruido de los carros que pasan en la calle muy estrecha y la gente que habla. Cuando hemos pedido a cambiar de habitacion, el recepcionista nos dijo que no era posible no porque no habian otras habitaciones libres sino porque no era autorizado a hacerlo! El precio de la habitacion, 80 euros, es intolerable!!!! Y le puedo decir que si no habiamos pagado antes la noche nunca hubieramos acceptado de pagar este precio para una habitacion tan mala!!!! Es el peor hostal en qué hemos estado!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hostal Callejon del Agua. It was such a nice place. Very clean. Friendly staff. Close to a lot of attractions. Hope to be able to go back and stay there again. Gracias!

La elección perfecta para un bolsillo medio. Si algún día ponen ventanas modernas con buen cierre se solucionaría el problema de los ruidos callejeros. Nuestra estancia fue en OCT y no acusamos ese problema ya que por la noche hay menos ambiente que en temporada

The Hostal Callejon del Agua was a nice looking place. The biggest problem I had was that I asked for two rooms upstairs. I only got one room upstairs. I had to sleep on the first floor right by the street. I emailed the Hostal one month ahead of time and asked for this. I was very disappointed.

The only thing I can criticize about the hotel is the breakfast (very basic) and the fact that the bathroom needs to be renovated (cracked shower, etc). Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the location perfect!

Acogedor hostal en una de esas callejuelas con tanto encanto que hay cerquita de la catedral de Sevilla. La habitación, aunque chiquitita, era agradable. Aunque nuestra estancia fue breve, quiero destacar sobre todo el trato tan amable del personal de recepción. Únicamente agradecería que facilitaran un poquito más de información turística al visitante, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, ¡gracias!

Las personas que trabajan en este hostal nos ayudaron sentir muy comfortables y son completamente amables. El hotel tuvo todo lo que quisimos y cualquier cosa que necesitabamos ellos nos atendieron muy bien. Buen locacion en Barrio Santa Cruz. Cerca del Museo de Flamenco, de tiendas, de restaurantes y mas. Si podemos regresar a Sevilla regresariamos a este hostal. Buen precio!

Buena relación calidad-precio. Es como un Hotel ***. Habitación bastante espaciosa y limpia con mobiliario y decoración agradables. Baño completo, muy buenas amenities. Inmejorabe ubicación y personal muy amable. Lo peor la ubicación de la habitación, planta baja, que no daba sensación de privacidad. La TV no funcionaba. Excelente idea el café-infusiones-bollería gratuítos. Gran detalle.

El personal del Hostal nos ha recibido de maravilla. Muy amables y con una sonrisa que te alegra el día. Lugar muy céntrico y con mucho encanto. La próxima vez que vuelva a Sevilla, repito seguro.
