The Hostal Arteaga, is located in the heart of Granada at only 200 m. Cathedral and 600 m. to the Alhambra. Right at the bottom of the amazing and picturesque Albayzín`s neighbourhood. From our privileged location, a 15 minute walk is usually enough to get to any tour in Granada, a city of towering artistic, academic and a tolerant city. The Alhambra, the most beautiful monument coming from Arabic art of all times and countries. Also the fun aspect comes to Granada and reach the category of myth. Come visit Granada and trust the rest on us, at Hostal Arteaga we will be happy to give you the best service. It is possible to use a public parking near the hostel, Parking El Triunfo (about 7 minutes walking away) You can get a disccount if you load the App APK2

El hostal para alojarse es bastante agradable y tiene buena ubicacion con respecto a zonas turisticas. El problema es el tema coche -parking. Está en una zona restringida al trafico. Desde el hostal te mandan inicaciones para llegar pero aun siguiendolas apareces en zonas restringidas. Por lo tanto, alto riesgo de sufrir una multa si no conoces detalladamente la ciudad. Hubo problemas con respecto al parking con el que ofrecen un descuento y en vez de solucionarlo se genero un conflicto con la recepcionista del hostal. Ausencia de personal en el parking y a traves de los numeros de contacto con la empresa y el boton del interfono no obtuvimos respuesta. Colgaban tras contestar. Conseguimos sacar el coche por el metodo ensayo-error. |

El wifi funcionó fatal todo el fin de semana. Reclamé pero no sirvió para nada. El hotel debería tener un servicio de back-up para los clientes que necesiten internet para trabajar--como era mi caso. Pagamos 69 Euros la noche y la verdad es que fue muy caro para tener que estar sin internet en el cuarto. Reclamé en el hotel pero no me ofrecieron ninguna compensación. No lo recomiendo. |

Buena ubicación, cama cómoda. La cabecera de la cama en el cuarto 101 está suelta de la pared y a veces hacía un poquito de ruido al moverte. |

La cortina de la ducha estaba manchada de vómito o algo similar. La bañera no tenía tapón, por lo que no te puedes dar un baño. No funcionaban las luces de las mesitas de noche. La sábana bajera era de las que cubren, por lo que fue muy incómodo dormir. Pagamos 85 euros, por lo que esperábamos mejores condiciones |
