My wife and I had a lovely stay. The central location was very good as it let us experience the local sights and shopping streets without having to venture too far. The staff were friendly and were very welcoming.

He puntado la más baja puntuación porque no llegué a estar. Tenía que coger un autobús en Bilbao para dirigirme a Madrid pasar una noche en este Hostel pero tuve una pérdida de consciencia en el metro de Bilbao y me llevaron a Urgencias. Obviamente no me dejaron ir a Madrid así que les avisé la mañana del día 11 lo que me había pasado y que me encontraba en Urgencias. Yo pensaba que no me iban a cobrar la estancia, por motivo justificado, pero me la han cobrado y no piensan devolverme el dinero. Me parece de muy mal gusto, porque yo era la primera que quería ir. Tampoco me han obrecido un bono por esa noche no utilizada. Me parece FATAL.

Everything was great for me. The location is a walking distance to almost all the main tourist spots. At first I doubted the security of the place but once I got inside I knew it was safe. The room and bathroom are clean as well. The staff were all courteous and accommodating.

Fui en Agosto 2022, y nos hospedaron en la habitación no. 11 que incluso estaba más amplia, ahora nos tocó una más pequeña y que daba a la calle y la primera noche nos fue fatal risas, cantos, y ruidos de los que realizan la limpieza en calle, informamos a la Srita de Recepción y nos ayudó no nos habían comentado que deberíamos bajar la persiana de afuera para no escuchar el ruido, y pues la noche siguiente dormimos bien sin ruido, Gracias por sus finas atenciones. Enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble to find entrance to Hostal because there is only a small sign. Perhaps directions could include picture?
