Restaurant Quixote’s authenticity is founded on the traditional recipes elaborated with the latest techniques of modern cuisine. We say farewell to the last ray of sunshine at the Chill-Out Sessions of the Tajo River Club. Dinner, daiquiris and drinks awaken the senses at the hotel´s Summer terrace.

The Hotel is built in a noble house with historical references of 1388 and has recently renovated rooms and some older ones. In 1990 it became a hotel.
The hotel has a total of 42 rooms, some with views to the Cathedral, the hotel also has air-conditioned lobby with 24-hour reception, lift and breakfast room.
