This was an overall excellent stay. So nice and service minded staff, lovely room and all hotel areas combined with excellent food in the restaurant. Judith gave us an unforgettable tour at the winery followed by the wine tasting. We love everything with this place and will come back next year :-)!!

The winetour and tasting with Judith was very good. She is really a fantastic guide. Please inform on your website that you have winetours. It is hard to distinguite the different winebottles from eachother. More text on the labels would be great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Det var en neste øde sted vi kom til, nesten uten personale - og kun for oss 4. Kjøleskapet på rommet virket ikke og var skittent. Reklamert med to restauranter og to barer, ikke noe var åpent utenom at vi hadde bestilt middag klokken 2000. Bassenget var fullt av løv En flott plass sikkert, men ville ikke reist tilbake hvis det ikke er topp sesong.

Verry fine diner (a little bit too fast). A beautiful resort but i hope it stays so because there are signs of some decay and that is be regrettably.

We really enjoyed the hotel and wine tour with tasting. The location is beautiful and the hotel and rooms are amazing. But, the restaurant is a disaster . The waiter was nice, but so inexperienced. Many of the dishes weren’t available and the ones that where, was totally tasteless. It was just a weird experience all over. So that’s a big minus to the whole stay.

Guest arrivals should have been prepared, it was cold and windy outside and rooms were not heated to comfort temperature. All rooms were cold, living room and restaurant as well. Food was very ordinary, less than expected to that price. I had a three course meal in Villajoyosa to 15 Euro which was much more delicate and tastier. Not professional staff (untrained) with communication problems. Tried to order a Gin tonic from the bar, twice, which was never served. Got a beer instead. This stay was not a good experience at a Spanish/Norwegian winery.

We enjoyed our stay immensly.. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and our rooms have outdoor spaces overlooking the vineyard which can be enjoyed when the weather permits. The dinner was superb and the staff is very friendly. A special mention and a huge thank you to Eloy who went out of his way to help us when we needed road assistance because of a puncture. He helped us get a call through to the insurance company,, andlet us use a room after the check out while we were wating for the assistance to arrive.

In addition to improvement below (difficult to write in that column), the waitress was not service minded. Delivered empty salt container and was not pleased when we asked for a refill. After that she was indifferent to us. Fantastic place, you deserve better employee

Better information in the reseption when we arrived about the house, lunsj, dinner, breakfest and time for Everything. The winetasting was ok, but we would like to taste all of the house wines. We would also preaferd that the guid not wear his workingcloths buth in more professional aoutfit. It gives us a better experince as a odience. The guiding and the stay was very good. Hotel como nuevo, moderno, confortable, tranquilo, aislado en un entorno fantástico rodeado de viñedos. Las habitaciones son enormes, con un baño realmente grande, separado en dos ambientes con lavabo doble, wc y bidé. Y ducha y bañera. Un lujo

Las sillas y mesa de la terraza estaban sucias debido a la lluvia intermitente previa, motivo por el que entendemos que no es fallo del personal. En la suite gran cava se echa en falta una bañera interior como sí tienen otras suites.
