- very friendly and a good service. I was there for the triathlon and we had to start early. Because of that Amistad made it possible that have an early breakfast. - cleaning could be a bit better but overall i enjoyed the stay verder mocht!

Enjoyed my stay at your hostal. The host (man and woman) are friendly. arranged glutenfree bread for breakfast, but did not try to make a really contact with the guests. For me the bed was very soft, I prefer a harder mattress. Nice to have a safe, and fridge in the room. I stayed in room 16. Compared to The 4 star hotel Valentine reina paguera next to you, your price is high. So for March I will stay there

Como me pregunta le contesto. Estaba en la habitacion n°1. Personal: Sois simpaticos y agradables, sonrisa y buenos dias. He puesto un 7 porque teneis que aprender mas el español porque estais en España. No se cuanto tiempo estais en Mallorca y a lo mejor es cuestion de tiempo pero ahi que aprender. Limpieza: Estaba todo limpio en la habitacion pero al exterior le falta un poco de mantenimiento. Confort: El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, las camas bien y el baño, es agradable tener una caja fuerte. He puesto un 6 porque no es acceptable el enchufe de la nevera, a nivel seguridad un niño puede poner los dedos. La puerta y cerradura habria que cambiarla, es dificil de habrir la puerta. Un poco de jamon serrano en España al desayuno seria agradable y queso manchego para variar un poco.

Very nice stay - we really liked it. A few things that could be improved: - In the toilet/bathroom there was a little sewer smell. - I would be nice to be able to lock the outer front door on 1. st. floor, especially at night - Some of the interior is a bit worn

Wir hatten das Glück, schon eines der neu renovierten Zimmer zu erhalten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für uns unschlagbar. Alles sehr sauber und auch sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - sehr ruhig , aber nur kurze Gehdistanzen zum Zentrum (Ausgehmeile) und zum Strand. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen der Hotelführung viel Erfolg und Alles Gute.

Excellent value for money. Friendly & helpful staff. A double bed and double bedding (rather than two beds pushed together and single bedding) would have been good.
