Ubicación perfecta, pero nuestra habitación estaba situada en la planta baja, frente a la recepción, y resultó muy ruidosa. Lo peor era cuando entraban y salían clientes, que se escuchaban perfectamente las conversaciones entre ellos y con el personal de recepción, que por otro lado tampoco iba con cuidado de hablar un poco más flojo. Se oía también el ruido de las maletas rodando, y bastante ruido también desde primera hora de la mañana que no sé a qué era debido pero me imagino que era del personal de limpieza. Todo eso hacía que nos despertásemos continuamente sin poder dormir y descansar correctamente. |

The first night we had a room with a bed that squeecked every time you turned over, staff were friendly and did change our room, but really that bed in room14 needs attention quickly. Though this was not the fault of the hotel, the noise at night was really disturbing, 3am sometimes people were noisy in the neighbouring alleyways and streets. Perhaps better insulation would be good. We shut the internal doors over the internal courtyard as even inside the hotel it could be noisy, this helped. Sleeping on holiday is really important, the bed was lovely and comfortable it was just the noise that let it down really. |

Our experience in this Hostal this week was very good. The staff are very helpful and the hostel is very clean. It is also in the centre of Seville old town. We also appreciated a lot the free coffee and toast on the roof. Please keep on doing what you are doing. Suggestions: 1. Hot water dispenser should be available 24 hours a day, just in case someone needs hot water in the room for tea, coffee or medicine. 2. The big toaster on the roof should be replaced with 2 smaller ones that take four slices of bread. This will still save electricity for the hostel, since the present toaster lose a lot of heat. 3. The big arm chair in the rooms should be replaced by a small table with a stool under it. This will take up the same space and is more convenient. 4. Some kind of tent should be opened on the tables on the roof to keep the hot air from the heaters around the tables. |

Todo fue bueno, TODO. Nos gustó mucho la habitación... (bueno, reconozcamos que siempre en las fotos de las webs, los hoteles ponen las habitaciones más bonitas y la nuestra, nº 13, era muy normal) pero bueno, no nos importó. Preferíamos 2 camas y nos dieron una de 2 camas ¡genial! Armario muy grande, baño genial, edredones extra, ventana con reja y todo, TV desde la cama, todo estupendo. Hasta un montacargas para subir las maletas ¿qué más se puede pedir? No tengo palabras para el desayuno en la azotea, espléndido y placentero 100%. ¡Qué lástima que nuestro último día allí (12 nov) estaba lloviendo y no pudimos disfrutarlo! pero la tarde anterior habíamos estado tomando el "medio-sol" un par de horas y también fue placentero. Y muy céntrico, en pleno barrio de Santa Cruz, a un paso de todo. Gracias por todo. Estamos felices por haber elegido el "Hostal Callejón del Agua" |

Céntrico, relación calidad precio buena, el colchón y las almohadas son cómodos, muy limpio, el WiFi funciona genial,muy buen detalle el desayuno en la azotea. The extra bed in the room was very soft. Maybe the mattress could be changed. I would advise to have an additional mirror in the room so that someone can dry hair or make up while another person is taking shower. We had an awesome stay at Hostal Calejon del Agua and I will recommend it to all my friends. |

This is a lovely little hotel in the backstreets of Barrio Santa Cruz . The room was small but adequate and the bed was just ok . The bathroom was ok but lacked enough shelves although the shower was very good and had lots of water pressure . The staff is very good and helpful although someone forgot to give us a wake up call . The winding streets around the hotel take some time to find one's way . The basic breakfast , complimentary , was good and much appreciated . Overall , particularly given the cost , this hotel is a very good value . |
